About Me
I have been a creative soul since I was young, with a passion for reading and drawing. My imagination and artwork were greatly influenced by my first movie, The Black Cauldron. I also developed a love for gaming through the original Nintendo, particularly with games like Final Fantasy and Parasite Eve, which introduced me to graphic storytelling.
One book series that deeply fascinated me was Flowers In The Attic, sparking my interest in the human psyche. Its prequel, Garden of Shadows, is my favorite, as it ignited my love for origin stories and character arcs.
My passion for creativity led me to theater, where I worked as a set designer for productions of Our Town and Fiddler On The Roof. I also had the opportunity to act in the same Fiddler production and The Monkey's Paw, and I cherished my roles as Sharon Atkins in Working and Fairy May in The Curious Savage.
I graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and gained 10 years of experience in annuity and life insurance. Despite this, my true passion will always be creativity. In my free time, I enjoy attending Renaissance Faires in homemade garb, watching anime with my husband, and worldbuilding and DMing for my sons. When alone, you'll often find me reading, drawing, gardening, printing and painting miniatures, and playing video games on my consoles and PC.
